Job Description

1. Actively collect and analyze important industry information and data, actively develop foreign markets;

2. Maintain good communication with customers, respond efficiently and promptly, and maintain customer relationships;

3. Submit sales plans on time, report on relevant business tasks;

4. Actively contact clients, prepare quotations, participate in business negotiations, sign contracts, and follow up on orders;

5. Organize and archive relevant business documents;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above from regular institutions, major in English or international trade, fluent in spoken English, and able to use written English for work purposes;

2. Strong abilities in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (those proficient in minor languages will be given priority);

3. Background in chemistry/pharmacy/biology or related fields is preferred;

4. 1-3 years of work experience in pharmaceutical enterprises is preferred;

5. Strong self-motivation, willing to take on various challenges.

Job Description

1. Understanding basic international trade terminology and proficiently operating independent letters of credit is preferred;

2. Familiar with order follow-up, shipment operation, contacting freight forwarders, customs declaration, and other related tasks;

3. Given the particularity of import and export work, meticulousness, patience, and certain merchandising skills are required;

4. Maintaining good communication with both new and existing clients to sustain client relationships;

5. Actively coordinating with various departments within the company as per job requirements;

6. Strong execution ability to complete various tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

1. Full-time diploma or above, majoring in pharmaceutical chemistry/English/international trade preferred;

2. English CET4 or above, with English as a working language, and proficiency in a minor language is advantageous;

3. Candidates with 1-3 years of merchandising experience will be given priority;

4. Strong self-drive, clear logical thinking, and team spirit.
