| Description | ER-464195-01 is a Calreticulin (CRT) inhibitor. ER-464195-01 demonstrated significant therapeutic efficacy in mouse models of colitis. Specifically, oral administration of the compound at 10 mg/kg/day markedly reduced disease severity, as evidenced by improvements in body weight, colon length, and histological scores. Mechanistically, ER-464195-01 was shown to disrupt the interaction between calreticulin and integrin α subunits, leading to the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokine production and the promotion of anti-inflammatory macrophage polarization. These findings suggest that ER-464195-01 holds promise as a novel therapeutic agent for the treatment of IBD by modulating immune cell function and inflammatory responses . | |||
