| Description | Opnurasib is an inhibitor of the oncogenic KRAS substitution mutation, G12C, with potential antineoplastic activity. Upon administration, opnurasib selectively targets the KRAS G12C mutant and inhibits KRAS G12C mutant-dependent signaling.
