| Description | Atirmociclib, also kn own as PF-07220060 is a novel potent oral CDK4-selective inhibitor. It exhibits potent inhibitory activity with dissociation constants (Ki) of 0.6 nM for the CDK4/Cyclin D1 complex and 13.9 nM for the CDK6/Cyclin D3 complex. Its mechanism involves inhibiting the CDK4/Cyclin D complex, thereby preventing phosphorylation of the retinoblastoma (Rb) protein, leading to cell cycle arrest in the G1 phase and potential antineoplastic effects. | |||
